The Beginning of our Journey

The Hunting Edge Country Sports is an Online Gun Shop based in the county of Kent and we are located just outside Dover.  We started trading in 2010 with the view to service the UK market via our online store.

Over the years we have added new product lines to our online store offering globally established brands to our ever-growing selection of products.

Since 2010 we have gone from strength to strength and have become Kent’s most energetic and fastest growing gun shop. In addition to our home county sales, we ship orders all over the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand. We have a nationwide network of Gun Shops (RFD’s) who we ship your order to for you to collect at your convenience.

Since 2020 and Beyond

At the beginning of the first Lockdown in 2020 we took the difficult decision to close our over the counter and customer facing facilities and relocated our premises. Since then we have continued to operate as an online only business, but we do offer a Home Delivery Service for Restricted Products (Firearms, Airguns and Moderators) that covers  Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex & Surrey.

How we accommodate our customers

We use emails, live chat and live chat tickets to offer our customers a more comprehensive platform of communication. In doing this we have a living record of customer enquiries and we can introduce alternative or suggested products in sending links to our product pages for the customer to view. Our process takes the leg-work out of shopping as we can help you select the ideal product  and even build the shopping basket for you. Our online store is easy to navigate and making you way to the Checkout is a simple and customer friendly process. We are on hand during office hours to assist where we can.

 Each product we offer to our customers has been hand selected by us to ensure that you purchase a quality item that will give you years of good service and in recognising that the latest technology combined with our natural instincts will enable us to be more efficient in our pursuits than ever before. We have developed strong bonds with our suppliers and partners and we are continuously working to offer our customers, the highest level of service.
