Being an online business, we do not offer over-the-counter sales but we have been hearing increasing feedback and requests for customers to Click & Collect. As of October 2024, we are now offering the service for customers to collect their orders from our Sales Office by Appointment. If you select the Click & Collect Option when placing your order, you will receive an email prompting you to book an Appointment with instructions on how to find our Sales Office and what is required on your visit.
Services we offer
Whilst we offer the option for customers to collect their orders from our Sales Office, we will also allow customers to collect their Transfers from another Gun Shop/Dealer/RFD.
How it Works
Select the “Click & Collect” option in the Shopping Cart and place your order.
- You will recieve an Automated Order Conformation email from us.
- When your order is ready to collect we will send you an email with a link to book a time slot.
- We will confirm your time slot and send you details of our Sales Office location for you to follow.
- You collect your goods.
If your order is for a Firearm (Shotgun or Live Fire Rifle), we do not offer a Click & Collect service on Firearms at this point in time.
